All tools are provided free of charge. The Service is operated on advertising revenue.

• You own the rights to the results you create with the tools (banners, images, videos, etc.).
• You may use your results freely for both personal and commercial purposes.
• However, you are responsible for verifying the copyright of any images, fonts, or assets you upload yourself. Any issues arising from the unauthorized use of others' works are your responsibility.
• Fonts bundled with the Service are based on the SIL Open Font License (OFL) and are free for commercial use.

4. Prohibited conduct

• Using the Service to create illegal or harmful content.
• Interfering with the normal operation of the Service or causing excessive load with automated tools.
• Copying or redistributing the Service without authorization for profit.

• Some features may be limited depending on your browser and version (WebM export, etc. is recommended on Chrome/Edge).
• We are not responsible for loss of work stored on your device or browser. Please download important results immediately.
