How to Write Great AI Image Prompts — A Formula That Gets Results
When results from AI image generators (ImageFX, Midjourney, DALL·E, etc.) disappoint you, it's usually because the prompt is too vague. A sentence like "make a cool logo" rarely produces the image you want. Good prompts have structure.
The prompt formula
A polished image prompt is usually a combination of the following elements.
| Element | Role | Example |
|---|---|---|
| Subject | What to draw | crown, coffee cup, brand text |
| Style / material | Texture & finish | gold metal, glass, neon |
| Effects | Surface treatment | glow, 3D depth, reflection |
| Mood | Overall atmosphere | luxury, cyberpunk, minimal |
| Lighting | Direction & character of light | rim light, studio, golden hour |
| Quality / composition | Resolution & angle | 8K, cinematic, front view |
String these elements together in order and the AI understands you far more accurately.
Practical tips
- Be careful with non-Latin text. AI often renders text incorrectly. If the text matters, generate several and pick the accurate one.
- The more specific, the better. "Deep ocean blue gradient" yields more consistent results than just "blue."
- Use negative prompts. Specifying unwanted elements (background, text, etc.) makes results cleaner.
- Avoid trademarks and copyrighted works. Real brand names or copyrighted material may violate policies or cause legal issues.
Generate prompts automatically
If combining elements every time is tedious, use the Prompt Generator. Just enter your text or brand name and choose a theme, material, effects, mood, and lighting, and it automatically composes a finished prompt. You can even create many texts × many themes at once and export them as a text file.
You can also handle background removal and SVG vector conversion for the generated images in the same tool — from writing the prompt to finishing the final asset, all in one place.

Which AI tools can I use it with?
The generated prompt is plain text, so you can paste it into most image generators. It works especially well in tools that support English prompts.
